Accomodation

Conference participants should book their own accommodation by contacting local hotels directly, from the list below.  The conference organisers have made special arrangements with these hotels for conference participants.

There are no booking charges for conference participants and rooms can be booked at special conference rates. When making room reservations, please include in any correspondence Edilic2016 conference. The prices listed below are valid only if booking is done before 15 May 2016, excepted Famulus Hotel. After this date, it will be possible to book accommodation in these two hotels (IBIS, Fonte), but availability of rooms and the indicated special conference rates cannot be guaranteed.

Double room                                        80 EUR per room per night including breakfast (40 EUR per person)

Facilities include: Wi-Fi, infra sauna, jacuzzi, access to the fitness centre, free internet in the rooms and communal areas, free parking, coffee making facilities in the hotel rooms.

Also available are apartments in the Famulus Student Halls of residence. Each apartment contains two rooms with two beds in each room, a shared bathroom and shared kitchen. Wi-Fi is available.

Important message!

The organisers of the Edilic Conference have provisionally reserved rooms for conference participants at the Hotel Famulus and at the university’s apartments/Halls of Residence, Hostel Famulus. That is why hotel booking sites indicate that these hotels are full. However there are still many free rooms available, so please make your reservation by sending an email directly to sales@hotelfamulus.hu

The accommodation rates offered above are valid only for bookings made before 15 May 2016. After this date we cannot guarantee accommodation in the hotels listed above for the prices shown.

Payment for accommodation should be made onsite at the hotel reception.  

You can cancel your accommodation free of charge eight days prior to arrival, for the three above-mentioned hotels (Famulus, Ibis, and Fonte).  After this date, you will be charged for one night’s stay. Cancellations have to be communicated directly to the hotel you have booked.
